Any use of the name or image of, "Blythe," in Asia in reference to the
Blythe doll for any other commercial use without prior written consent by Cross
World Connections is subject to legal action from Hasbro International, Inc.
This includes making clothes, accessories, and any other goods for Blythe to sell
and using the name, "Blythe," to promote these items. The name, "Blythe"
may not be used to promote any other items. This is expressedly prohibited.
