In addition, dolls were also designed by Japanese celebrities. Hisako Manda, Peter, Megumi Yokoyama and Chiaki had dolls on display exclusively at Omotesando Hills. Those dolls were made for charity to donate to the program, ‘Because I am a Girl’, which is a non-profit organization, Plan Japan runs this to support girls in developing countries. Each doll was autographed by the celebrities and auctioned during the event. 100% of the proceeds were donated to the ‘Because I am a girl’program.

On the big screen at the exhibition space, new animation was shown, featuring this year’s anniversary dolls, ‘Fashion Obsession’ Jenna and Jill, which captivated the audience.

A temporary shop was open during the event. Customers enjoyed shopping for new items, such as stationery goods and photo books.

Limited dolls were sold by lottery and there was a little present for customers who collected the stamps at stations which were located at the event venue and CWC’s official Blythe shops. The event ran for a week and finished successfully with a record amount of visitors.
