my life has changed drastically in the last few months.
on january 20th, i had a baby boy! my husband and i named him carpenter after our favorite singer, karen carpenter. when he was born he weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and had big blythe-like eyes. when he was just 5 days old we brought him to my doll office to meet blythe. it was a match made in heaven! he's such a sweet little boy. he's almost three months old now and weighs over 12 pounds! he has chubby cheeks and is a great fan of music. his favorite bands are belle and sebastian, the velvet underground and U2. he loves art too. this weekend we brought him to the brooklyn museum to see the jean michel basquiat exhibition. he's also been to the museum of modern art a few times. i think he's gonna be an artist when he grows up!
