CWC 6th Anniversary limited edition Neo Blythe "Princess a la mode" and event limited edition Neo Blythe "Prima Dolly Cassis" purchase ticket information.

We will be selling 250 Neo Blythe "Princess a la mode" on August 25th, Saturday.
The event limited edition Neo Blythe "Prima Dolly Cassis" will be sold on September 8th, Saturday.
Please note these dates!

We are expecting a large turn out for August 25th(Sat) and September 8th(Sat) for the release of "Princess a la mode and "Prima Dolly Cassis".
We will be distributing Purchase Tickets between 9:30am and 10:30am on both of these dates.
Tickets will be distributed to fans waiting in line at Venus Fort on the 2nd floor at the main entrance, closet to the Tokyo Teleport Station.
There will be a sign denoting the start of the two lines. Please be sure to be courteous to the other fans, and do not cut in line.
To prevent people from collecting more than one ticket, we ask that everyone stays in line. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

There may be multiple lines for products, so check the sign at the front of each to see if you are waiting for the item you would like to purchase.
There is a good chance you might be waiting in line for a little while please prepare for this ahead of time, with using the bathroom and be sure to bring some water or umbrella to protect yourself from the sun.
*Tickets will only be distributed from 9:30 am-10:30 am, there will be no tickets given before or after this time bracket.
*Please follow the directions from the staff that are working this event.

If there are more than 250 People:
For both August 25th and September 8th, there will only be 250 dolls available.
If there are more then 250 people in line by 10:30 am we will be having lottery. If there are more than 250 people, the number on your tickets will not apply to the lottery and everybody will have the equal chance of purchasing the doll.
Because of this there will be no need for fans to line up before 9:30 am.
After receiving your ticket please stay in line to ensure your chance for the lottery. When the Venus Fort doors open at 11:00 am the staff will guide everybody to the lottery location or the purchasing area. The lottery will be processed in numerical order by the number found on your lottery card.

The 250 winners will be guided to the limited edition products register. This register on August 25th will be exclusively for "Princess a la mode" and the CWC limited edition petite Blythe "Butterfly Wings".
These dolls are limited in numbers, when the stock is sold out there will not be any more available. On September 8th the Limited Edition products register will be exclusively for the event limited edition Neo Blythe "Prima Dolly Cassis".

If there are less than 250 People for these items:
On August 25th (Sat) and September 8th (Sat), if there are less then 250 people there will not be a lottery. After 10:30 am you will be able to leave the line and purchase your doll. All limited purchases will be processed at the limited edition products register. After 3:00 pm limited edition sales will stop, and the Purchase Tickets will be invalid. Please note that your ticket will not be valid after 3:00 pm, and you will not be able to purchase the limited goods.

There will be a special cash register set up for customers only purchasing the CWC Limited Edition Petite Blythe "Butterfly Wings".

*If there are leftover "Prim Dolly Cassis" will return to the CWC stock to be used at a later date.
