How to purchase CWC Limited dolls at Omotesando Hills!
Blythe's 7th anniversary and charity event, "Once upon a Wonder World" is finally here! The event will be held from June 28 to July 6 at Omotesando Hills.
There will be some CWC limited edition dolls available at the event, with each doll having its own purchasing methods.
Please be sure to read the dates, and method of purchase very carefully.
We will have new dolls and other exciting products at the event so please come and check it out!
June 28
◆CWC Limited Edition Anniversary Petite Blythe "Denizens of the Lake Suzie Sugar Pink"

Susie Sugar Pink / Green is sold to customers first come first serve.
The purchasing is limited to one doll per customer.
Customers must be over 6 years old to purchase Blythe, and customers must be over 6 years old to enter the lotteries for the limited edition dolls.
(We may ask to see identification of customers who appear to be under 6 years old.)
It is prohibited to wait over night for the opening of the shop.
We ask that you please take into consideration your own safety and the safety of the neighbors, do not line up overnight for these items.
We will not be held responsible and we can not mediate any problems between the customers in line.

Instructions on purchasing are listed below.
On June 29 and July 5 the two dolls may overlap on their release date.
Please read the below carefully before you come down to the event space.
We are expecting a lot of people on the release dates.
We will be handing out lottery tickets to customers in line in front of Omotesando Hills from 10:20am to 10:50am.
We will have a lottery if the lottery tickets exceeds the number of dolls in stock.
Please come to line up between 10:20am and 10:50am, tickets will not be available after or before this time bracket.
*Lottery tickets will be distributed in front of Omotesando Hills.
Please line up at the sidewalk along Omotesando Dori (Omotosando Road).
Staff members will guide you to the exact location of the where the tickets will be distributed.
There maybe occasions where 2 different dolls will be for purchase on the same day, we will be handing out the lottery tickets then too.
There will only be one line and the order will be determined by who lined up first (staff members will guide customers on that day).
The customers in front of the line will be asked which doll they came for and will be handed a lottery ticket.
Please make sure you know which doll you want and their name.
Once the distribution of the tickets are over and if the tickets exceed the amount of dolls in stock we will start the lottery process.
The numbers of the lottery ticket small or large is irrelevant to the lottery process.
There is no reason for anybody to come to the event space earlier then 10:20am.
For the people who received tickets, please stay in your spot in the line and the staff members will guide you through the procedure.
◆If the tickets exceed the amount of dolls in stock we will start the lottery process.
The customers that were chosen for purchase will be guided to the register to do the lottery.
◆If the tickets do not exceed the number of dolls in stock we will not have a lottery and will start selling the dolls to the customers starting at 11:00am.
Anybody who has a ticket at this point can leave the line.
For exchanging the ticket to a doll will be happening until 2:00pm.
[ Caution ]
1. We are limiting purchase to a doll per person. We are only handing out one ticket per person and will be limited to one type of doll.
2. People under the age of 6 will not be able to be purchase nor be a part of the lottery. We may have to ask for identification if we suspect a customer being younger then 6 years old.
3. We do not re-print the lottery tickets once the ticket is in the customers hand we are not responsible for that ticket. Once the ticket is lost or destroyed the customer will not be able to exchange it for a doll. Please be careful with it.
