Instructions on Purchasing Dolls at Odaiba VenusFort!

Please read below for information on how to purchase dolls at Blythe's Anniversary exhibition, "Once Upon A Wonder World at VenusFort".
Purchasing process for Neo Blythe "Primadolly Amaryllis" will be explained at a later date.

August 23

On the 2nd floor of the main entrance of Venus Fort we will have cutomers line up in the order of who came first.
VenusFort opens at 11:00am and with that we will allow people to start lining up inside.
Our staff will be guiding you through the process so please listen to them carefully and follow their direction.

August 24

The purchasing process for "Christina the Bride" and "Eleanor the Forest Dancer" is listed below.
These are 2 different dolls so please read instruction below carefully.

We are predicting a lot of people to be showing up for this event, from 10:20am to 10:50am of the day we will be handing out lottery tickets to the people who have lined up outside of VenusFort's 2nd floor of the main entrance.
Even if people were to come before or after this time slot they will not get their lottery tickets.
We will be distributing the lottery tickets on the 2nd floor of the main entrance of VenusFort.
There are two different types of dolls so there will be two types tickets.

The line will be in single file and in the order of who came first, then second and so on(our staff will direct you).
Towards the right of the entrance facing the Tokyo Teleport station we will have every body in two single file lines (there will be a sign stating the front of the line).
For further direction staff members will be guiding people through the process.
We are assuming a huge crowd so please confirm the end of the line.
To prevent individuals to attain two tickets we are asking everybody not to leave the line.
Please do not leave the line.

After the distribution of the tickets, if the ticket count goes past the number of the number of dolls we will go through the lottery process.
In this case we the number of the ticket low or high is not relevant since it is a lottery process.
Having a lower number is not important so there is no need for anybody to be there earlier then 10:20am.

* If the amount of tickets surpass the amount of the dolls we will begin the lottery process.
The chosen customers will be led to the cash register where they can purchase their product.
* If the amount of tickets do not surpass the amount of the dolls, we will begin the purchasing for the lottery ticket holders at 11:00am.
Everybody may leave the line at that point and can exchange their lottery ticket to choose their desired product for purchase.
There will be no purchasing after 2:00pm.
***Even if people were to come before or after this time slot they will not get their lottery tickets.

September 13

-CWC Limited Edition Neo Blythe "Primadolly Amaryllis"

the purchasing process will be explained on a late date.

1. The purchase is limited to one doll per customer.
Each person gets one ticket for one item.
2. Children who are in elementary level schooling and under will not be able to participate in the lottery process.
There is a chance that we ask for you photo ID so please have that ready just in case.
3. For safety and legal issues we are asking people not to stay over night.
We are also not responsible for any trouble in between customers.
4. We will not reprint lottery tickets, if the ticket happens to get lost, stolen or destroyed we will not be able to reprint your ticket so please beware.
5. The day of the purchase there maybe other line in the vicinity of the entrance of Venus Fort so please look closely.
There is a good chance that everybody will be in line for a long amount of time.
Please be prepared for this and make sure to keep hydrated.
