How to Purchase Limited Blythe Dolls at Yokohama Doll Museum!
We are announcing the purchaseing method for the limited edition Blythe dolls at the Princess a la mode exhibition at Yokohama Doll Museum!
*You will need an entrance ticket to get into the museum.
[Dolls]
-March 15(Sat): Event Limited Edition Petite Blythe "Peppermint Bunny" 2,625 yen (tax included) 150 dolls
-March 29 (Sat): Event Limited Edition Petite Blythe "Lavender Love" 2,100 yen (tax included) 50 dolls
-April 6 (Sun): CWC Limited Edition Neo Blythe "Heart of Montmartre" 16,590 yen (tax included) 500 dolls
(No reservations for dolls will be accepted before the event)

To avoid confusion we will issue a numbered ticket (reservation ticket) for each of these dolls.
See below for further instructions on how to get the ticket.
If the number of the tickets exceed the number of the dolls, we will conduct a lottery to randomly choose who can purchase the dolls.

[How to obtain a reservation ticket]
-We will be distributing tickets from 9:00 am to 9:30 am on the day of the event.
You will not be able to leave from the line when you are in line.
Tickets will not be available after 9:30.
-You can obtain the ticket in front of the entrance (2F). See the map below.
-One ticket per customer. If you are not there when the tickets are handed out you will not be able to purchase the limited editon dolls.
You must be over 6 years old (elementary school student) to get a ticket.
-Please be careful not to lose your ticket!

[About Sale & Lottery]
-After 9:30 if the number of the tickets exceed the number of the dolls, there will be a lottery.
You will need to be in line in numeric order of the reservation ticket to wait for the lottery that starts from 9:40. If your number comes up in the lottery you will get a "purchase ticket" that promises you to buy the doll.
If you are out of the line when the lottery starts you will not be able to join the lottery even if you have the ticket.
If the number of the tickets do not exceed the number of the dolls, everyone that holds a ticket will be able to purchase one doll, and we will replace your reservation ticket with a "purchase ticket" from the head of the line.
-The dolls will be available for purchase at the special booth on 3F for those of you who got the "purchase tickets" from 10:00 am but it may take some time to purchase depending on how crowded it is.
-The "purchase ticket" will be invalid after 2:00 pm. Please make sure to purchase the doll at the booth on 3F by 2:00 pm.
If you don't purchase it by 2:00 pm your ticket will be cancelled and no claims regarding to this process will be accepted.
-The dolls will only be available for those of you who have "purchase tickets" by 2:00 pm. After 3:00 pm we will be selling out the dolls for any customers if there are any cancellations.
-The number of the "purchase tickets" equals the number of the dolls. You will not be able to purchase more than one doll with a ticket.
[About the Entrance Ticket]
-You must purchase the entrance ticket of the museum, even if you only want to go to the shops in the museum.
-To avoid any confusion around the ticket vending machines, we will be selling the entrance ticket for those of you who are in line for purchasing the limited dolls between 9 to 9:30 am. You will get a discounted ticket (600 yen for adults, 250 yen for children) if you purchase one during this time.
After 10:00 am the tickets will only be available at the vending machine or the entrance of the museum at the normal price (700 yen for adults, 300 yen for children).
[Note]
-Please do not line before 9:00 am for the safety of the neighbors. We will not be responsible for any problems if you are lined up before this time.
Please follow the staff's directions after 9:00 am.
-Please be sure to dress for the weather.
-If you lose your "purchase ticket" you will not be able to purchase the doll.
-The Blythe shop on 3F of the museum will open at 10:00 am, the same time of the opening time of the museum.
You will not be able to enter the shop before that time.
-Please note that there is no bathroom around the museum. You may use the bathroom in the museum after 10:00 am.
