Purchasing procedure for limited items sold at the Kobe Marui event!

*Each product has a different purchasing procedure and release date. Please read below carefully.

[Custom dolls and outfits at Variety Fair]
[How to purchase]
-These are limited editions.
Each customer is restricted to purchasing 3 items, in total.
(Note: You cannot purchase more than one of the same outfit. The purchase of a custom doll and an outfit made by the same artist is not allowed.)
-Please queue at the reception area between 10:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. for the lottery (see the map below).
-The lottery will start at 10:20 a.m.
You will take a number from the box, and this will indicate your place in line to purchase custom Blythe items (e.g., If your number is 9, you will be the 9th person in line).
If you don't get a ticket, you cannot purchase any custom dolls and outfits.
Also, we will not replace lost tickets, so please be careful not to lose your ticket.
-At 11:20 a.m., we will ask you to get in line in numeric order as indicated on your ticket, and the staff will take you to the sales booth on the 1st floor when the store opens at 11:30 a.m.
-The staff will ask which item(s) you wish to purchase from the head of the line.
-All custom dolls will be available for pickup when the event is over, May 12.
We will not ship them, so make sure that you are able to come to Kobe Marui again to pick up your doll.

-The numbered ticket indicates your place in purchasing and does not guarantee you the right to purchase any doll you want.
-Please do not leave the line until you have bought your Blythe items.
-You must be over 6 years old (elementary school student) to enter the lottery.
We may ask for your ID depending on the circumstances.

148 dolls will be sold at Kobe Marui

[How to purchase]
-Limited to one doll per customer since they are vry limited in quantity.
-"Peppermint Bunny" is an Event Limited Doll, so Kobe Marui is the last chance you have to to buy it!
-You need to queue at the reception between 10:45 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. for the lottery (see the map below).
-We will start the lottery from 11:00 a.m. to the purchase ticket to get the doll.
If you don't get this ticket, you cannot purchase a doll.
Also, we will not replace lost tickets, so please be careful not to lose your ticket.
-At 11:20 a.m., we will ask you to get in line in numeric order as indicated on your ticket, and the staff will take you to the sales booth on the 1st floor when the store opens at 11:30.
-This ticket is valid until 2:00 p.m. Please go to the register by 2:00 p.m.
-If dolls still remain after 2:00 p.m., we will be selling them again at 3:00 p.m.
If the number of the customers who want to purchase a doll exceed the number of the dolls, there will be a lottery.
