[ Lottery ]
We will be passing out tickets for people who lined up at the Omotesando Hills venue, between 10:20 AM to 10:50 AM.
Please continue reading for detailed instructions.
We will be giving out lottery tickets only to people holding the following cards: Community Passport Master Card (Community Passports that do not have a credit function do NOT apply) and Epos Card with credit card function.
Please bring one of these cards to receive one lottery ticket.
We will only distribute tickets to people holding these cards.
If you do not come with the card in your hand, you will not receive a ticket.
The card will be checked to verify that the name that is registered to the card matches your own.
We will check to make sure the person holding the card matches the identity on record.
Please be sure to bring 1 form of valid ID to confirm your identity (passport, drivers license, health insurance, etc).
There will be only 1 lottery ticket available per person.
For more information about the credit cards above, please go here.
We will only be distributing lottery tickets to those who arrived between the times of 10:20 AM and 10:50 AM due to possible congestion.
We will not be giving tickets before or after this time.
If more tickets are given than there are dolls, there will be a lottery for the stock of dolls.
You will be lining up outside of the building, so please be sure to bring proper attire to protect from the weather, such as an umbrella, hat, sunscreen, or raincoat.
Please be sure to bring water to keep hydrated while waiting in the sun.
*The line will start from the Aoyama entrance of Omotesando Hills and continue toward Harajuku. Please line up alongside the road. Please be careful not to obstruct the yellow path used to assist blind people. Please refrain from smoking in the line. There will also be a line in the front entrance; please follow our staff’s instructions to make the progress as smooth as possible.
At 10:20 AM, we will begin checking your cards from the front of the line, and begin passing out tickets for your requested doll.
Make sure to say which doll you want clearly.
We will be giving one ticket per person.
At 10:50 AM, the line will be closed, and only those who are in the line by then will receive tickets.
We cannot give those who have come late a ticket, for whatever reason, so please be sure to arrive in time.
In the case that the given number of tickets out numbers the available number of dolls, all of the tickets given will become lottery tickets.
Once the tickets become lottery tickets, it does not matter where you are in the line or what number ticket you have received; do not leave or disrupt the line, we will begin setting up the lottery inside of the building, and once we are ready, we will begin inviting those in the line into the venue to begin the lottery.
Those who have won may go to the Blythe Exhibition Store and purchase their chosen doll.
Those who have won will stay in the line until guided by staff to the register.
Winners may pay by cash or credit.
If you are paying with cash, please be sure to use small bills to pay.
We will need all of your help and participation to make this event go as smoothly as possible.
Once an adequate number of numbers have been called, we will end the lottery there.
You may leave the line once the lottery has finished.
If there are less tickets given than there are dolls, we will not be holding a lottery.
Those with tickets at that point will be able to purchase their doll.
We will guide the line into the exhibition space and to the register.
You may break the line once it is known that there are less tickets than there are dolls, but you will have to get to the back of the line when coming back.
We will be selling dolls to those with tickets until 2:00 PM that day.
If you do not come to purchase your doll by then, the doll will be put into storage and will not be sold at the exhibition store again.
