• Up to 12 finalists will be contacted directly by email using the contact in formation provided on the entry form.
• Please do not contact CWC about the status of your entry before the finalists are announced.
• It is not mandatory for the team to come to Japan for the event. The doll will be installed by the exhibition staff.
• The finalist team members will receive invitations for the exclusive preview party for the Blythe 8th Anniversary Charity Exhibition.
• Please refrain from posting photographs of your entry in any medium until CWC announces the finalists.
• If your doll is selected as a finalist, the photograph you provide with your entry will be used for promotional purposes and for the voting ballot.
• CWC will not be held responsible if a third party uses your imagery without consent. The photographer retains all copyrights and will need to take legal action on their own. CWC will take legal action to protect the rights of Blythe as their licensed property.

Hundreds of entries are received for the Blythe Beauty Contest. The presentation of your entry is very important. Aim for high quality photographs, interesting text and unique design. These are the things that will help make your entry stand out!
