As I wandered down the hill toward the bustling intersection of Harajuku, a cheerful photographer called out with a grin.
“Mind if I snap your photo for FRUiTS?” he asked. My heart skipped-FRUiTS!
That iconic magazine that captured Tokyo’s most daring and delightful street fashion.
I struck my pose, hoping the sparkle in my eyes and the flair in my look might just land me on the cover.
Oh, wouldn’t that be a dream?
Today, I look absolutely adorable!
“Fruity Kaleidoscope” is a girl who freely enjoys "being herself" with her favorite items. Her pop and decorative fashion style is cheerful and cute.
This is a heart-fluttering collaboration with “FRUiTS,” a special doll designed with the theme: “What if Blythe were featured in FRUiTS?”
The star of the fashion is the original print camisole dress designed with past covers of “FRUiTS.” It uses a slightly sheer fabric, and the light silhouette switched at the underbust is the key point. For the inner layer, it is paired with a light purple mini-length T-shirt dress. The aurora print on the chest catches the eye, making it an exciting item that lifts your mood even when worn on its own. To finish the look, she wears a shocking pink rider's jacket. This slightly mischievous piece can swing either rock or girly, adding spice to the outfit.
For accessories, colorful “cheap-cute” items are packed together. The set includes a matching necklace and double bracelet, voluminous hairpins, and a ribbon made from the same fabric as the dress, allowing you to freely combine them and enjoy original styling. For her feet, she layers tiered leg warmers over lacy white socks and pairs them with light purple four-strap shoes.
A new lightweight and soft material is used for the hair. With a mix color of milky pink × creamy white and a firm perm, it is styled into fluffy, sweet hair like cotton candy.
The stand and eye-change charm use the same clear pink color. The charm is a special specification with the FRUiTS logo printed on it.
The makeup is finished in a pink tone that is lovable while also expressing the character of “Fruity Kaleidoscope.” For the eye makeup, softly tinted pink shadow is paired with dusty rose eyeliner at the outer corners for an accent. Blush is softly placed high on the cheeks and on the tip of the nose to enhance a healthy glow. For the lips, a cool-toned pink was chosen for a “non-flattering cuteness” that isn’t just sweet, featuring a gradient spreading outward from the center.
One of the eye colors, Lilac (front view), features a special design with star-shaped holograms, and the other three colors are also all special colors.
