Entry to purchase is based on lottery ticket number.
From 10:30am, Isetan The Japan Store staff will distribute lottery ticket per customer to determine turn
to enter and purchase. Only customer who queue here will be given a ticket.  
The entrance at Isetan The Japan Store 1st Floor entrance nearest to the Coffee Bean in Lot10 mall.


<Attention>
・Regarding purchase of the first day 26th Oct (Thu), each customer is entitled to purchase only 1 doll per series.
・Please be reminded that doll reservations for later pick-up are not accepted.
・Please be reminded that doll ordering via email or phone are not accepted.
・As the dolls are of limited edition and comes in limited quantity, sales is on first come first served basis.
・For any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to approach our staff on duty.
